I am the head trainer of Breakout Fitness.
When I was 35 years old, I weighed 250lbs.
I tried every quick-fix diet I could get my hands on, trying to find an easy way to lose weight fast.
Every time a wedding came up or summer came, I would do something crazy with my diet, lose weight, then gain it all back and a couple more.
I would go to one of those $10/month gyms, find a cardio machine in the corner, put my hoodie on, and basically hide.
Then, one day, I finally told myself, “I'M NOT HAPPY THIS WAY.”
I decided to take a different route.
I hired a trainer to maximize my workout time (which wasn't a lot with 3 kids at home).
I hired a nutritionist and learned how to eat properly, and more importantly how to do it in a way that keeps the weight off.
5 years later, I was down to 100lbs.
